A bike I'm repairing has a shimano m086 200gs long-cage rear derailleur running 6 speeds. The rear wheel needs to be replaced and if I choose a cassette it'll be minimum 7 speeds and I might go 8. Can this derailleur support 8 speeds?. All of the scant info I have found on the 200 gs is that it is a 6/7 speed, 32 tooth max freewheel/cassette. It was discontinued in the mid 90s and replaced with the Altus. Maybe someone else has the shimano docs available with more info. Good luck with your repair. Note that a 6 speed rear wheel is narrower than a 7 speed cassette freehub rear wheel. There might be a problem with the frame spacing. If and only if it is a steel frame you might be able to respace it. The frame spacing is adequate for up to 9 speeds at 135mm. I may just replace the derailleur anyhow because the first 4 or so threads on the barrel adjustment hole are stripped limiting that feature. The entire drivetrain is being replaced so I might as well do it all. The frame is labeled as a MTB frame though it is more like a road frame, what sort of components should I select? I'm interested in road components such as 2 chainrings and "compact" RD. I'm looking at a 7 or 8sp in the rear and I don't know how brand crossing affects component selection (Sram vs Shimano). And Yonville-The Abbey (so named because of a former Capuchin monastery whose ruins exist even more) is a village eight leagues from Rouen, between the road to Abbeville and Beauvais, at the bottom a valley watered by the Rieule, a small river which flows into the Andelle, after running three mills near its mouth, and where there are some trout that the boys on Sunday, amuse themselves by fishing in the line. We leave the highroad at La Boissiere and keep straight to the top of the hill of Leux, where we discover the valley. The river that runs through it is like two regions with distinct physiognomies: all that is left is pasture land, all that is right arable. The meadow stretches under a ridge of low hills to attach to the back pastures of Bray country, while the eastern side, the plain, gently rising, is widening and spreading out of sight its blondes parts of wheat. The water, flowing by the grass with a white line separates the color of the meadows and the furrows, and the country is like a great unfolded mantle with a green velvet cape, bordered with a fringe of money. At the end of the horizon, when we arrive, we have before us the oaks of the forest Argueil, with the steeps of the Saint-Jean hills scarred from top to bottom with red irregular lines; are traces of rain, and these brick-tones, in narrow streaks against the gray color of the mountain, just the amount of iron springs that flow beyond in the neighboring country. Here we are on the borders of Normandy, Picardy and the Ile-de-France, a bastard land where the language is without accent, as the landscape is without character. This is where they make the worst Neufchatel cheeses of all the district, and on the other hand, culture is costly because it takes a lot of manure to enrich this friable soil full of sand and pebbles. Until 1835, there was no practicable road for getting to Yonville, but it was about this time a large vicinalité path that connects the road from Abbeville to that of Amiens, and is occasionally used ro up Rouen to Flanders. Yonville-l'Abbaye remained stationary in spite of its new outlets. Instead of improving the soil, they persist even in pasture lands, however depreciated they may be, and the lazy borough, growing away from the plain, has naturally grow toward the river. It is seen from afar, sprawling along the banks like a cowherd taking a siesta at the water's edge. At the bottom of the hill beyond the bridge begins a roadway planted with young aspens, that leads you straight to the first houses of the country. They are enclosed by hedges, in the middle of courtyards full of straggling buildings, wine presses, charretteries and distilleries scattered under thick trees, with ladders, poles, or scythes hung on the branches. Thatched roofs, like fur caps drawn over eyes, reach down about one third of the low windows, whose coarse convex glasses have a node in the middle, at the bottoms of bottles. On the plaster wall that diagonally across the joists black, hangs sometimes a thin pear, and the ground floor have their revolving door a small barrier to defend the chicks, which come pecking at the door, crumbs of bread soaked in cider. But the courtyards grow narrower, the houses closer together, the fences disappear; a bundle of ferns swings under a window at the end of a broomstick, there is a blacksmith's forge and a wheelwright then with two or three new carts outside that partly block the road. Then, through a skylight, is a white house beyond a grass mound ornamented by a Cupid, his finger over his mouth, two brass vases are at each end of the porch; warning signs shine at the door and is the notary's house, and most beautiful of the country. The church is across the street, twenty paces away, at the entrance to the site. The small cemetery that surrounds it, enclosed by a wall breast high, is so full of graves that the old stones in the ground form a continuous pavement, where the grass has designed it-yourself regular green squares. The church was rebuilt during the last years of the reign of Charles X. The wooden roof begins to rot from the top, and from place to place, has black hollows in its blue color. Above the door, where the organ, is a loft for men, with a spiral staircase that reverberates under their hooves. But what most attracts the eye is in front of the inn of the Golden Lion, the pharmacy Homais! In the evening, especially its oil lamp is lit and the red and green jars that embellish his front throw far, on the street their two streams of color, then, through them, as in Bengal lights, s' seen the shadow of the pharmacist, leaning over his desk. His house from top to bottom is placarded with inscriptions written in English, in round hand, printed: "Waters of Vichy, Seltzer and Bareges, robs depurative, medicine Raspail, racahout Arabs, Darcet lozenges, Regnault paste, bandages, baths, hygienic chocolate, etc.. "And the sign, which is the full width of the shop door in gold letters: Homais pharmacist. Then at the back of the shop, behind the great scales fixed to the counter, the word laboratory takes place over a glass door at half its height, repeat again Homais, in letters of gold, on a black background. There is more then anything to do in Yonville. Street (the only) long with a gunshot and lined with several shops, stops short at the turn of the road. If left to the right and we follow the bottom of the Saint-Jean is soon reached the cemetery. During the cholera, to enlarge, was shot dead a wall and bought three acres of land next, but all the new portion is almost uninhabited, the tombs, as heretofore, continue to crowd toward the door. The goalkeeper, who is at once gravedigger and church beadle (thus making the parish corpses a double benefit), took advantage of the empty field to sow potatoes. Year after year, however, his small field grows smaller, and when there is an epidemic, he does not know whether to rejoice at the deaths or regret the burials. This grim remark made him reflect, she stopped for a while, but even today he continues the culture of its tubers, and even maintains stoutly that they grow naturally. A man in a green leather slippers, somewhat pockmarked and wearing a velvet cap with gold tassel, was warming his back against the chimney. His face expressed nothing but satisfaction of himself, and he looked as calm in life than the goldfinch suspended over his head, in a wicker cage: this was the chemist. – Since this one does well, Madame Lefrancois, I repeat, you get wrong! you made a great mistake! And besides, players now want narrow pockets and heavy cues. It does not play the ball, everything is changed! You have to walk with the times! Just look at Tellier …. – The pool, you may say, is cuter than yours, and we have the idea, for example to mount a patriotic pool for Poland or flooded Lyon …. – They are not beggars like him that make us afraid! interrupted the landlady, shrugging his big shoulders. Go! go! Mr. Homais, as the Golden Lion will live, we shall come. We have hay in our boots, the rest of us! While one of these days you'll find the French Café closed, and with a big placard on the shutters … Change my pool, she continued, speaking to herself, he who comes in so handy for folding washing, and on which, in time of hunting, I have slept six visitors! … But that dawdler Hivert who can not!. – The wait? And Mr. Binet? As the clock strikes six you'll see him come, because like him does not exist on earth for accuracy. He must always have its place in the small room! It would kill him rather than doing dinner somewhere else! and he is disgusted! and so difficult for the cider! It's not like Mr. Leon, he sometimes comes at seven o'clock, half past seven the same, it does not look only at what he eats. Such a nice young man! never a word louder than another. – That there is a great difference, you see, between someone who has received education and an old carabineer who is a collector. He wore a blue coat, plunges itself around his thin body, and his leather cap, with legs tied with cords on the top of his head, showed, under the visor raised a bald forehead, flattened by the wearing of a helmet. He wore a black cloth waistcoat, a hair collar, gray trousers, and, in any season, blacked boots that had two parallel swellings due to the projection of his toes. Not a hair stood the line of fair whiskers, which, encircling his jaws, framed the edge of a flowerbed his long, wan face, whose eyes were small and aquiline nose. Clever at all games of cards, good hunter, and beautiful writing, he had a ride home, where he amused himself by turning napkin rings which he filled up his house, with the jealousy of an artist and egotism of a bourgeois. He walked to the small room, but he first had to make out the three millers and, during the time that we had to put his cloth, Binet remained silent in his place near the stove, then he shut the door and took off his cap, as usual. – He never talks more, she replied, and he came here last week, two travelers in the cloth, witty boys who told the evening, a bunch of jokes that I cried with laughter eh Well, he stood there like a shad, without saying a word. – Ah! a trader who has connections, a lawyer, a doctor, a pharmacist are so engrossed they become whimsical or even surly, I can understand it in quotes traits in the stories! But at least they think it's something. I, for example, how many times has it happened to me to find my pen on my desk to write a label, and find, ultimately, I had put it behind my ear. However, Ms Lefrançois went to the door to see if could not swallow. She shuddered. A man in black suddenly came into the kitchen. Could be distinguished, the last light of dusk, that his face was ruddy and athletic body. – What is there for your service, sir? asked the landlady, as she reached down the chimney of a copper candlesticks were there ranged in colonnades with their candles do you take something? a finger of cassis, a glass of wine. The priest declined very politely. He had come for his umbrella, he had forgotten the other day at the Ernemont convent, and, after praying Madame Lefrancois of it sent to him at the parsonage in the evening he went out to go to church, where we rang the Angelus. When the chemist no longer heard instead the sound of his shoes, he found his conduct very unbecoming of a while ago. This refusal to accept any refreshment seemed a most odious hypocrisy; priests godaillaient all without anyone saw them, and trying to bring back the days of the tithe. – Besides, he could double up four men like you on his knee. It was last year, helped our people to bring the straw he carried as six trusses at once, he is so strong! – Bravo! said the pharmacist. Send your daughters to confess to fellows with such a temperament! If I were the government, I would have the priests bled once a month. Yes, Madame Lefrancois, every month, a good phlebotomy, in the interests of police and customs!. – I have a religion, my religion, and I even have more than all, with their mummeries and their juggling! I love God, on the contrary! I believe in a Supreme Being, a Creator, whatever, I do not care, which has placed us here on earth to fulfill our duties as citizens and as a father, but I did not need to go to a church to kiss silver plates, and fatten my pocket a bunch of nothings who live better than us! Because we can know him as well in a wood, in a field, or even contemplating the eternal vault like the ancients. My God, to me is the God of Socrates, of Franklin, Voltaire, and Beranger! I am for the Profession of Faith of the Savoyard Vicar and the immortal principles of '89! kiss my face peaceful patchouli Also, I do not admit a man of God who walks in his garden with a walking stick, his friends houses in the bellies of whales, dies uttering a cry and resurrected after three days: it absurd things in themselves and completely opposed, moreover, all the laws of physics, which shows us, by the way, that priests have always wallowed in ignorance turbid, they would fain engulf the people with them. He paused, looking around for an audience around him, because, in his excitement, the pharmacist had a moment believed in full council. But the landlady was not listening, she was listening to a distant rolling. One could distinguish the sound of a carriage mingled with the clattering of loose horseshoes that beat against the ground, and the Swallow finally stopped at the door. It was a yellow box on two large wheels that, reaching the height of the tilt, prevented travelers from seeing the road and dirtied their shoulders. The small panes of the narrow windows rattled in their sashes when the car was locked and guarded patches of mud here and there, amid the old layers of dust, that even storms of rain did not wash completely. It was drawn by three horses, the first in crossbow, and when it came down the coast, she touched the bottom jolting. Some inhabitants of Yonville came on the place and they all spoke at once, asking for news, for explanations, for hampers Hivert not know whom to answer. It was he who did the city commissions of the country. He went to the shops and brought back rolls of leather to the shoemaker, scrap Marshal, a barrel of herrings for his mistress, caps from the milliner, hairpieces from the hairdresser, and, along the road, by returning, he distributed his parcels, which he threw over fences classes, standing on its head, and shouting to the chest, while his horses were on their own. An accident had delayed him: Madame Bovary's greyhound had run across the field. He had whistled a quarter of an hour. Hivert even had returned from a mile back, thinking to see it every minute, but it had been necessary to go. Emma had wept, grown angry and she had accused Charles of this misfortune. Lheureux, a draper, who was with her in the car, tried to console her by many examples of lost dogs recognizing their masters after many years. We cited one, he said, who had returned to Paris from Constantinople. Another had gone fifty leagues in a straight line and spent four rivers to swim, and his father himself had possessed a poodle who, after twelve years of absence, had suddenly jumped on his back one night in the street as he went to dinner. Emma got out first, then Felicite, Lheureux, a nurse, and we had to wake up Charles in his corner, where he had slept soundly since night had come. Homais appeared, he offered his respects to Madame, his respects to Monsieur, said he was delighted to be able to render them some service, and added a cordial air that he had ventured to invite himself his wife being away. Madame Bovary, when she was in the kitchen, approached the fireplace. The tips of her fingers, she took her dress to the knee, and, having thus pulled up to my ankles, she handed the flame over the revolving leg of mutton, his foot wearing a shoe dark. The fire lit up the whole, penetrating with a crude light the woof of her dress, the pores of her skin, and even the lids of her eyes she blinked from time to time. A great red glow passed over her, with the blowing of the wind through the open door. On the other side of the fireplace, a young man with fair hair watched her silently. As he was very bored at Yonville, where he was a clerk at me Guillaumin, Monsieur Leon Dupuis often (he was the second habitue of the Golden Lion) frequently put back his meal, hoping he would come some traveler at the inn with that chat in the evening. Days that his work was done he had, for want of what to do, arrive at the exact time, and endure from soup to cheese a tete-a-tete with Binet. It was therefore with delight that he accepted the proposal of the hostess of dinner in the company of newcomers, and they passed into the great hall, where Madame Lefrancois, pump, had pitched for four. – Oh! very little, he replied. There is a place known as the Pasture, on the top of the hill on the edge of the forest. Sometimes on Sundays, I go there and stay there with a book, watching the sunset. – And do you think does not, 'replied Madame Bovary, the mind travels more freely on this limitless expanse, the contemplation of which elevates the soul and gives ideas of infinity, the ideal?. – It is the same with mountainous landscapes, said Leon. I have a cousin who traveled to Switzerland last year, and told me that one can only imagine the poetry of the lakes, the charm of the waterfalls, the effect of massive glaciers. One sees pines of incredible size across torrents, cottages suspended over precipices, and, a thousand feet below you, whole valleys when the clouds open. These shows are enthusiastic, have to prayer, to ecstasy! Also I am not surprised that celebrated musician who better to inspire his imagination, had the habit of playing the piano before some imposing site. – Ah! do not listen, Madame Bovary, interrupted Homais, bending over his plate, it is sheer modesty. – What, my dear! Hey! the other day in your room, you sang the Ange Gardien 'ravishingly. I heard you from the lab, you gave it like an actor. Leon, in fact, lodged at the chemist, where he had a small room on the second floor, on the square. He blushed at the compliment of his landlord, who had already turned to the doctor and he listed one after the other the principal inhabitants of Yonville. He told anecdotes, giving information. We did not know exactly the fortune of the notary, and there was the house Tuvache was a lot of embarrassment. – It's like I had the honor, said the chemist, to express to your husband about this poor Yanoda who fled; you find, thanks to his extravagance, enjoy one of the most comfortable houses of Yonville. Its greatest convenience for a doctor, it is a door on the Walk, which lets you enter and exit without being seen. Moreover, it contains everything that is agreeable in a household: utility room, kitchen with pantry, family room, fruit, etc.. He was a fellow who did not look! It was built at the end of the garden, next to water, an arbor expressly to drink beer in summer, and if Madame enjoys gardening, it may …. – It's like me, replied Leon what better thing, in fact, that to be the evening by the fireside with a book, while the wind beats against the window, the lamp is burning? …. – One thinks of nothing, he continued, the hours pass. Motionless we traverse in countries believed to see, and your thought, blending with fiction, is played in the details, follows the outline of the adventures. It mingles with the characters, it seems that it is yourself palpitating beneath their costumes. – Has it ever happened, said Leon, meet in a book a vague idea that we had, some dim image that comes from afar, and as the completest expression of your own slightest sentiment?. – Therefore, he said, I especially love the poets. I think verse more tender than prose, and they are far better cry. – But it is tiring in the long run, 'said Emma, and now, on the contrary, I love stories that follow the same breath, when you're scared. I detest commonplace heroes and moderate sentiments, as there are in nature. – Indeed, observed the clerk, these works, not touching the heart, miss, I think, the true end of Art. He is so sweet, amid the disappointments of life, to be able to dwell in thought upon noble characters, pure affections, and pictures of happiness. As for me, living here, far from the world, this is my only distraction, but Yonville offers so few resources!. – If madame will do me the honor of making use, said the chemist, who had heard these words, I myself have at his disposal a library composed of the best authors, Voltaire, Rousseau, Delille, Walter Scott, Echo serials, etc.., and I receive, in addition, various periodicals, including The Lantern of Rouen, daily, having the advantage of being the correspondent for the districts of Buchy, Forges, Neufchatel , Yonville and the countryside. For two and a half hours we were at table, for the servant Artemis, carelessly dragging tiles her old list slippers, brought one plate after another, forgot everything, did not hear anything and constantly left the door ajar snooker, beating against the wall with its hooks. Without his noticing it, while talking, Leon had put his foot on one of the bars of the chair on which Madame Bovary was sitting. She wore a small blue silk necktie, which was like a ruff collar fluting cambric, and according to the movements of her head, her lower face was sunk into the linen or came out smoothly. Thus, one near each other, while Charles and the chemist chatted, they entered into one of those vague conversations where the hazard of you back to the fixed center of a common sympathy. The Paris theaters, titles of novels, new quadrilles, and the world they did not know Tostes, where she had lived, Yonville where they were, they examined all, talked of everything till the end of dinner. When coffee was served Felicite went away to prepare the room in the new house, and the guests soon raised the siege. Madame Lefrancois was asleep near the cinders, while the stable-boy, lantern in hand, waiting for Mr. and Mrs. Bovary the way home. Her red hair was interwoven with bits of straw, and he was limping left leg. When he had taken his other hand the umbrella of the Cure, we marched. But the doctor's house located at fifty paces from the inn, they had almost immediately goodnight, and the company dispersed. Emma, from the hall, felt down on his shoulders, like a damp, cold plaster. The walls were new, and the wooden stairs creaked. In the bedroom, at first, a whitish light passed through the windows without curtains. Could catch glimpses of tree tops, and further the fields, half drowned in the fog that lay reeking in the moonlight, in the course of the river. In the middle of the room, pell-mell, there were scattered drawers, bottles, rods, gilt poles, with mattresses on the chairs and basins on the floor – the two men who had brought the furniture had left everything about carelessly. It was the fourth time she slept in a strange place. The first was the day she entered the convent, the second, of her arrival at Tostes, the third at Vaubyessard, the fourth was this, and each one had done in his life as the inauguration of a new phase. She did not believe that things could present the same in different places, and since the portion lived had been bad, no doubt that remained would be better. The next day, when he awoke, she saw the clerk on the spot. She was wearing a bathrobe. He looked up and greeted her. She nodded quickly and closed the window. Leon waited all day for six o'clock to come, but, entering the inn, he found no one but Monsieur Binet, already at table. That night's dinner was a great event for him, never till then he had talked for two hours straight with a lady. How then have been able to explain, and in such language, many things he would not have said so well before? He was usually shy and maintained that reserve which partakes at once of modesty and concealment. At Yonville ways he had it right. He listened to the arguments of the older people, and did not seem hot in politics, a remarkable thing for a young man. Then he had some talent, he painted in water colors, could read the treble clef, and readily talked literature after dinner when he does not play cards. Homais respected him for his instruction; Ms. Homais liked him for his kindness, for he often took to the small garden Homais brats were always dirty, very rude and somewhat lymphatic, like their mother. They had to treat them, in addition to good, Justin, the chemist's apprentice, a cousin of Homais that we had in the house from charity, and who served at the same time as a servant. The druggist proved the best of neighbors. He inquired Madame Bovary on suppliers, sent for his cider merchant express, tasted the drink himself, and saw in the cellar that the casks was well placed, he explained how to go about having a supply of butter cheap, and made an arrangement with Lestiboudois, the sacristan, who, besides his priestly functions and mortuary, looked after the principal gardens Yonville per hour or year, according to the taste of people. The need to care for others did not push the single chemist to such obsequious cordiality, and there was a plan underneath. He broke the law of 19 Ventose year XI, Section I, which forbade all persons not having a diploma to practice medicine, so that, on dark denunciations, Homais had been summoned to Rouen to Mr. Public Prosecutor, in his private room. The magistrate receiving him standing in his robe, ermine shoulder and cap on head. It was morning before the hearing. We heard in the corridor pass the heavy boots of the gendarmes, and as a distant sound of heavy locks that were shut. The druggist's ears tingled as if he were about to have a stroke, he saw the depths of dungeons, his family in tears, the shop sold, all the jars dispersed and he was obliged to enter in a cafe for a drink of rum and seltzer to recover his spirits. Gradually, the memory of this reprimand grew fainter, and he continued, as heretofore, to give anodyne consultations in his back room. But the mayor resented it, his colleagues were jealous, everything had to fear; gaining over Monsieur Bovary by, was to earn his gratitude, and prevent his speaking out later, if s' notice anything. So every morning Homais brought him the paper, and often in the afternoon, leaving a moment to go to the pharmacy the health officer to make conversation. Charles was dull: patients did not come. He remained seated for long hours, without speaking, went to sleep in his office or watched his wife sewing. To distract himself, he employed himself at home as a laborer, and he even tried to paint the attic with the rest of the painters had left. But money matters worried him. He had spent so much for repairs at Tostes, for madame's toilette and removal, that the whole dowry, over three thousand crowns, had slipped away in two years. Then, as things damaged or lost in the carriage from Tostes to Yonville, not counting the plaster cure, who falling from the cart to a severe jolt, had crashed into a thousand pieces on the pavement of Quincampoix!. A trouble came to distract him, namely his wife's pregnancy. As the end approached he cherished her the more. It was another link in the flesh establishing itself, and as continued sentiment of a more complex union. – Alas! – Ah! – What? Ah! – Ah! – Ah! – Not much. – Ah! – Ah! – Oh! – Ah! – Ah! Ah! This article is about mathematics. More precisely on set theory Whether it's your first year as a teacher or have lost count of how many years have you been a teacher, students can always surprise you. Better to be prepared, Taking advantage of the January 31 version 3.0 came out Zotero examples reference books manager like me talk about this tool has become essential for me since I met by chance a few months ago thanks to Twitter (and I also met Blanca Espigares rebound, who first recommended it to me). Zotero is a service and open source software developed by Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media for the management of bibliographic sources (books, journal articles, papers, theses, conferences, websites, videos, book chapters. .), ie you can have a perfectly organized resource library to find the information you need easily provided consulting her, quote, write it down or share it. Anyone who has used Delicious, Diigo, Evernote or programs / services similar might think that this is an alternative, however has a number of peculiarities that make it much more advisable for the management of library resources than it can become such (which are designed to diigo and delicious-links-o-Evernote general aspects) and try to explain below. The first step in using Zotero is to collect information and add it to the database by filling out multiple fields needed to be able to reference a resource guarantees. The type of information we file can be of four types: bibliographic details; Notes, Attachments or linked, attached or linked websites (see picture). The most important of all is undoubtedly the bibliography, which will usually as a "father" of which hung the other elements, and also have the necessary fields to identify the citation in question. These fields vary in case of a book, a chapter of a book, magazine article, a conference, a recording .. but there are several that are quite fixed and are the resource title, type, date, authorship (we may add, in addition to authors, editors, contributors, translators ..), ISBN .. These fields can be filled manually (task that can be somewhat tedious because many fields can be added, although not all are essential) or, now comes the good, either automatically from the introduction of ID resource or metadata from a web page. To add data from the resource identifier (ie, from the ISBN, ISSN, Digital Object Identifier (DOI), or PubMed ID), just click the button and enter the value specific to Zotero automatically fill all fields. I have to say that I have found that works pretty well overall but it took some Spanish journals failure and in some cases where there are several authors for the same resource only add the first. As can be read in the documentation that is because it uses the WorldCat database to ISBNs for DOIs and CrossRef, although it is fairly accurate, is not without fault. Every time you surf a site that contains metadata, Zotero adds an icon at the end of the address bar (see picture) which changes depending on whether it is a book, newspaper, a website, a blog .. just click on the Zotero icon to fill in the fields automatically from the metadata. If the page contains information on various books (such as a wikipedia article in which appear many references), a dialog appears that shows the titles available we select those who want to record. While most websites do not offer this type of metadata is also true that most library catalogs, online bookstores or some blogs (like this one) does that add. In addition, each time we use this method is attached automatically website we consulted. Once we have created tab we can add elements such as notes, whose purpose is the same as the post-it notes in the margins or we do in the books related to jot down ideas, questions, comments .. we want to remember when we review the text again. Interestingly also attach or link to sites or related files or file referenced by the token (for example we can attach an electronic book or PDF for future reference, or a document of any format that we created). This has three major advantages: the first is that we can easily access the resource content regardless of where we had stored too, using the Zotero browser or browsing through the library, labels and related items. The second is that this file will be accessible remotely (see below) and can be accessed from any computer you have installed Zotero or an Internet connection. The third is that if you attach websites or documents can be opened with the web browser can highlight or make notes in the margin. One might think that this feature allows you to use Zotero much like a dropbox or sparkleshare or owncloud, and while it is relatively true, I must say that the free account only has 100MB space and if you need more space is needed acquire more megs. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words, the following video explains in a much more visual and perhaps more clearly how the whole process. Once we have added resources to organize the library is important to find them in the future and it offers four interesting features: collections, tags, and saved searches related items, besides having, of course, a textual search. The collections work similarly to the collections of music from a media player: unlike what happens when we classify items into folders, you can add a single resource to several collections at once without having to duplicate it. Thus, if we had the complete works of Le Corbusier might have them archived in the collection "Architects" and also in the "Works twentieth century" and even classify each of the volumes in different collections. We may also use the search box and save searches as though they were intelligent and dynamic collections (for example we can save a search paar show all items where the author or person X are created between such and such year without us having to go manually adding each element and so we make sure they are always fully updated). As if this were not enough, the labels help filter out even more and more concrete. Furthermore, if we add a resource from metadata, tags are automatically added (after we edit them to add or remove those that create convenient). Finally we can relate each reference with others, and the good thing about Zotero is that if the item relate A to B, automatically B relates to A, which saves work and strongly favors serendipity. No doubt this is one of the strengths of bibliographic managers in general and in particular Zotero. Normally this type of programming is used to retrieve information stored and used for writing articles, research .. While most of bibliographic managers can export one or more items from the library in order to insert it into a word processor, usually have two limitations: the first is that it is an export instead of a sync, so if we add new references need to re-export the literature, the second is that if they offer any type of integration (often unidirectional) with word processing with Microsoft Word always. Zotero goes much further and solve these two problems is excellent: in addition to allowing export one, several or all elements of the library in various formats (rtf, html ..) or to the clipboard, offers a plugin to integrate with processors text as MS. LibreOffice Word and OpenOffice. The plugin allows, at their own word processor, choose one or more items from our library bibliographic (we can use a search engine like the image or browse for it) and we insert as a citation and generate automatically the literature of all foregoing in terms of one of the more than 1600 styles of citation at its disposal, among which are the usual APA, ISO, Chicago Manual of Style .. (And if not, we can always create our own style of citation). The beauty of this system is that in this way we always have the certainty that literature is always updated, synchronized with Zotero and be consistent in their format. Since all this can be somewhat complex to understand, the next video in action presents integration with word processors (running with LibreOffice or newer versions of Word is completely analogous). Furthermore, if there were not enough, it also allows the development of index cards that are a few reports showing the data elements in an orderly manner and also contain annotations, summaries and labels that we could do. To take full advantage of Zotero is necessary to create a free user account, so what we store is stored on your computer and also on your server. This is very interesting for those who use more than one computer on a regular basis, since this way the library will always synchronized regardless of the computer used and it will also have PDFs or e-books that have been stored (to take one example). When using a computer that does not have Zotero also allows access, view and edit the library through the web interface and can add new items (although in this case the process is a bit more tedious). Another interesting advantage of having the library on a remote server and have a user account is it possible to offer certain social functions such as sharing collections (can be public or restricted to a group of users). The partners shared collections can be consulted and even add items, comments .. and may participate in a forum, which is very interesting for shared research. While there are many bibliographic managers who are better known (eg RefWorks), benefits and features of Zotero makes it a highly recommended option. In addition, social functions and being able to attach files and upload to the cloud can be used creatively for purposes other than originally anticipated. It integrates with the browser (since this version 3.0 allows integration with other browsers besides Firefox and also allows for standalone browser). Very good post explaining the Zotero, well analyzed, well written, well commented. It is a great tool, there are many and varied, but this is highly recommended. Your choice depends on the way to work each. I love him and went for another person who works in a similar way to me and see you! : D Although I do always the specification that Zotero has already surpassed being simple reference manager to become an information management tool. With White, what you say about using Zotero as information management tool I think I'll leave it to you, who know more about this

This is quite uncommon, but it does happen. At one time, my mother-in-law had one on her ear. Oral herpes, or Herpes Simplex virus, is very common. More than 60% of Americans have had a fever blister or cold sore at one time or another, according to the Gale Encyclopedia of Medicine, and 25% reoccur. Canker sores or "mouth ulcers" are also a form of the virus. The herpes virus can be spread to anyone by direct contact. A person is most contagious when the blister first appears and when the scab forms at the end. So, be sure to always wash your hands. There are several causes that seem to bring on a fever blister/cold sore. Exposure to the sun, especially for several hours, always triggered a fever blister for me growing up. A fever blister starts out as a tender, tingling or burning sensation on your lip, or other area affected. (On my finger I could see tiny blistery circles under the skin that were very tender) Within a day or two a small blister will develop that grows larger, as did with my finger, and sometimes spreads. The puffy fluid-filled blister will be tender, very sore and embarrassing, too. When you first feel the tenderness, a tingle or twinge on your lip hold a piece of ice, wrapped in a cloth, on the spot for as long as you can stand it. Repeat process several times a day. The ice will deaden the oncoming blister, which will prevent it from blistering up. It must be applied when tenderness is first noticed or it won't help. If a blister does appear break off a leaf from an Aloe Vera plant and rub the liquid gel to the blister. It smells nasty, but works wonders! Apply the Aloe Vera several times a day especially at night before bed. Your fever blister will dry up and go away within a few days. Make sure you keep a plant around the house. It's easy to grow and works great for many problems. I can't say enough about using Aloe Vera because for me, it is the BEST treatment. It works for me every time, even on those ugly blisters that appeared on my fingers. Hopefully it will work for you, too. CERTAIN CONTENT THAT APPEARS ON THIS SITE COMES FROM AMAZON SERVICES LLC.
